Joe Greaves
Managing Member
Through our extensive knowledge of the business, network of resources, and years of expertise, we are able to assist landlords, property owners and investors with a wide variety of real estate problems when life happens, pre-foreclosures, relocation, divorce, retirement, death or they are just done with the day-to-day hassles of managing a commercial property. We pride ourselves on our reputation for working one-on-one with each client to handle their individual situations. With the ability to make cash offers and directly purchase multi-family or Senior Care assets, we can facilitate an extremely fast, and hassle-free transaction.
The Continental Divide
Ironman Finisher
I began my career in construction and realized my passion for this industry, becoming a superintendent by age 25. A degree in Construction Management and Business fueled my career of 35 years. I’ve held many titles ranging from superintendent, construction manager, division president, regional vice president, member and managing member.
Transitioning to buying and selling real estate opened a whole new can of worms. As we started buying, redeveloping and selling commercial properties, close friends and clients began asking for help so they could participate as well. From there, Central Development Group, LLC was born. I get to pursue my passions and help others do the same every single day.
Endurance sports are both culture and a reset from business having completed twelve IronMan Events, The Spartan Beast, and over 20 other ultra-distance bicycle races. It seems tearing down walls, blasting through brick and biking 112 miles consecutively seem to go hand in hand in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and filling the day. I doubt I’ll ever retire. IronMan however will continue until I qualify to compete in the IronMan World Championship, Kona, Hawaii.

Connor is a United States Marine and a graduate of the University of Colorado (degree in Integrated Physiology). A Certified Personal Trainer he’s focused on graduate school with emphasis in Athletic Training. He wants nothing to do with triathlon, but loves Cross Fit and long-distance Spartan Ultra – Beast events.
Drew graduated from the University of Colorado and UMKC Law School. He clerked for Justice Powell on the Missouri Supreme Court and now is an attorney for the Department of Homeland Security. He likes to read and participate in long distance off-road trail racing and gravel rides.
Miss Maya
This is Miss Maya, our rescue dog. She is usually found curled up on the floor attempting to be my slippers. Maya is the only Greaves Family dropout. She failed out of therapy dog training because of her “abundant energy” as they put it. Luckily, we put that energy to good use with our bi-weekly multi-mile walks.
We actively sponsor Duo Dogs, formerly Support Dogs of Missouri, a 501 (C3) philanthropic group that breeds, raises, and trains Therapy Animals for disabled persons, court counselors, and other therapy needs. To visit their website, follow the link, www.duodogs.org.
